That feeling that causes us to nod when someone says\, “Fake it till you make it\,”…. yet\, we know that others have confidence in us and believe us capable. That might bubble up when you take on a new job or join a gym\, or try to learn a new skill. How do we learn to treat ourselves as well as we treat others?
