Poker Social

This is a BIG deal…we aren’t bluffing when we say you could be a high roller if you come to downtown Cannon Falls on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. The 5th Annual Poker Social, sponsored by the Cannon Falls Education Foundation, is sure to draw a full house and raise the ante for fun!

We’re betting you won’t want to pass on the chance to win up to $1000 so mark your calendars NOW. Here are the event details:

– Players will go straight to Mill Street Tavern between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. to register and pick up their instructions (limited to 150 hands.) There is no set registration fee but donations are very much appreciated…In the past, participants have often donated $50.
– They will then visit 7 downtown Cannon Falls businesses to retrieve 7 cards which will make up their poker hand. (Enjoy special eat, drink and shop deals while at each business! This is a GREAT way to support small, local businesses!)
– Return to Mill Street Tavern by 8 p.m. to turn in your unopened envelopes to the registration table.
– Winners will be announced around 8:45 p.m.
– The best poker hands will win from $1000 – $50.
